Aslin Beer Company Launches Holiday Campaign Dedicated to Supporting Vulnerable Women and Children in Our Communities
Alexandria, VA | December 1, 2022 – Aslin Beer Company, the Northern Virginia brewer known across the Mid-Atlantic region for its eclectic rotation of hazy IPAs, fruit-forward sours, unorthodox designs, and constant innovation announced today that they will be donating a percentage of proceeds from every purchase of their classic IPA, Power Moves, this December to local nonprofits supporting vulnerable women and children. The campaign, aptly called Power Moves for Good, aims to help survivors of domestic violence and homelessness in the DMV and Pittsburgh, where Aslin has its taprooms.
Aslin has partnered with House of Ruth in Washington, DC, and the Women’s Center and Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania to join forces this holiday season to support their efforts.
“We’ve seen the impact these organizations have on women, children, and families in crisis,” said Kai Leszkowicz, co-founder of Aslin Beer Company. “We wanted to support them and through them, those in our communities who need assistance.”
“It’s very important to us to invest in our communities, and there’s no better way to do that than to give back however we can,” said Andrew Kelley, Aslin co-founder. “If we can encourage our customers to give back as well, think about how big that impact to our communities can be.”
